CITIZEN WATCH invites you to share your experiences and observations related to aspects of Alberta’s continuing care system (e.g. nursing homes, assisted and supportive living facilities, home care, the Seniors Benefit Program, wait lists, first-available-bed policies, regional residency requirements, out-of-pocket expenses, admission agreements, discharge or trespass policies, response to complaints, access to medical care). Your feedback of concerns and/or signs of positive change or improvement is important to our data collection.
